1.      SO in this section I ended the book but it consisted of allot of fighting and horrid feelings.  So # 6 and # 4 split up. # 6 went to find and help 7.  And 4 and Sam went to get 4’s chest.  So Sam and 4 went into the Mog cave invisible and found # 9 but Sam that was happing they got their chest and were no longer invisible.  When they left the cave Sam was still inside.  The Mog leader came and they couldn’t get to Sam.  6 saved 7 as they meet 10.  Now they are on their way to find the others

2.      ““ Are you sure you want us to keep calling you 'Six'? "  " You can say it's short for something. "  “ For what? Sixty? ””  This quote is showing how they wanted six to say her real name and so that she would blend in more than before.  So she tells them her real name which is Marian Elizabeth.   So they all laughed because Sam thought her name would be more masculine like eagle or some name like that. So now they call Sam “ Sam Eagle Goodie. “ So she is still # 6 and not anything else.

3.      So this now connects to those sad movies where the two lovers ( # 6 and # 7 ) must split up but one day they will reunite and live happily ever after.  Then scene 6 and 9 left Sam in the cave it is a rescue movie were they scramble against time to save Sam before he dies.  So this is my last blogger for this book.  SO with that I will say that throughout this whole book it related  to many texts and movies.  But I must also say that I am not sure f they will make this book into a movie because it will be supper hard if they do.

1.  So 7 find’s her chest and is determined to open it up.   Then she also heals a lot of people that need her help.   So she drugged her guardian so that that she would help # 7 opens the chest.   As she opens it # 6, # 7, and Sam had the Loric solar system out (as they were on their way to Ohio again.  The solar system mugged into earth so they saw were 7 was.  So 4,6, and Sam went to Sam’s house and there got surrounded by mogs.  The mogs stole 4’s chest and they couldn’t find it.
2.“"Adelina! Desiderata! Desiderata, por favor! Adelina!" I'm about to yell, but the globe suddenly shrinks, re-forms into the seven orbs and returns to normal.  “Whoa, whoa, whoa! What Just happened?” I ask.  “I’d say the signal has been cut,” Sam says.  “Who was that girl?  And who’s Adelina” six asks.”  This all shows when they “4, 6, and Sam) heard # 7 in Spain.  With all of this happing they just uncovered that they really do have a tracking device but they still don’t know the whole truth.  So they continue on their quest to defeat the Mogs and bring lorian back from the ash…( did you see what I did there.. the mogs turn into ash when they die.)

3.So everything that could go wrong did in this section.  With in this book it seems 4, 6, and 7 all have a connection but 4, 6, and Sam still haven't found 7.  So this pelinaart of the book is like a mystery or like an action movie were the bad guys wan’t to kill the good guys.  It is all a race against time they are trying to connect to each other before the mogs find them.  It is a high speed chase that does not happen with cars.  SO as I have said in all of my blogs these books are like none other

1. summary- So # 7 Has seen this Mog all over town and she has no idea who was in her cave.   Her and Ella are still best friends and Ella also found # 7’s legacy box.  So When they went to grab the box 3 of the mean snooty girls came around and were going to tell the sisters .  So # 7 let out all of her power and pretty much killed the girls.  And she found out that she could heal people.  Then on Johns side he is falling in love with # 6 oh my.  So then he read Henry's note and found out that Sam’s dad was human that helped john and Henrie when they landed on earth.  So they are heading back to Ohio to get the talking device that Sam’s dad had.

2.Quote-  This is a quote from # 7's journey.  This details how # 7 finds out that her ability of bringing flowers back from the brink of death can also cure people when they are hurt.  When Ella was hurt # 7 was able to heal her broken leg.  So that shows us one more side to her powers.  “  her chest continues at an abnormal speed, but her face takes on a look of peacefulness, of detachment. I’m afraid to, but I place my hands over the piece of bone that sticks out from her leg … and soon it begins to retreat back under the skin.”

3-connect-  So this is a hard book to connect because it follows two different stories and not just one like in " I am Number Fore.”  So  # 7 is very paranoid  by all that is going on so I would have to connect this part of her story to a horror sort of movie that makes you think that when she has what she needed “ the box”  she will survive but then they get murdered…  ok so now on to # 6 and # 7’s journey.  This is like a weird twisted love story were the main caricature ( # 6) loves two people.

Writers prompt number 4

Summary:  So this section talks about how mark James is still being a total looser.  So as John keeps up with his love for Sarah but his battle with mark has just begun.  So as he battles with mark his love keeps growing.  So at the Halloween block party he meets up with Sam.  Sam starts talking to Johns “dad.”  So as he is talking to him Sam starts saying stuff about how the mogadorians are on this planet and are going to kill everyone here….  So after that they both meet up with Sarah and Emily her friend.  So all fore went onto the haunted hay ride.  When they were walking through the woods a bunch of marks friends grabbed Sarah, Sam and Emily.  Once John brook away from Marks friends he went looking for Sarah.

Quote:  "We met your grandfather at the statue of Pittscus.  He gave you to me and told me to get you to the air field, that that was our only chance.  There was an underground compound beneath the airfield.  He said there had always been a contingency plan in case something of the sort occurred."This segment talks about the day that John left Lorain to come to earth.  His grandfather wanted him to live and that all along there was a plan that would take place if they ever got attacked.  It also talks about how he said goodbye to his grandparents witch evokes a single tear streaming down my face.

Connect:  Ok so this section was very hard to connect.  Well to be honest not a lot happened during this section.  Well I know that he sees Sarah and falls in love and will fit at any means to be with her but really that is the limit that I can think of.  So I guess that this section is like batman.  He has reasons to hate mark (like batman has reasons to hate the joker or any of his other nemeses.) So he loves Sarah and that is like all of those fairy tales of boy meets girl and falls in love.

Summary:  So John finds Sam and he starts running full force towards Sarah.  When he gets there he starts beating up everyone.  He is much stronger than them so it is easy for them.  As he is leaving he tells them that if they tell anyone he will break their arm.  So then he and Sarah fall deeply in love.  So then Henrie goes to Athens to talk to some people but henrie never came home so John and Sam went to find him.  The men tied Henri to a chair and so they untied him and went to go get info.  As they were about to leave when the Mogs arrived and so they jumped out of the window.

Quote:  ""We came to Earth ten years ago from a planet named Loran.  We came because it was destroyed by the inhabitants of another planet named Mogadore.  They destroyed Lorain for its resources because they had turned their own planet into a cesspool of decay.  We came here to hide until we could return to Lorain, which we will one day do.  But we were followed by the Mogadorians.  They are hunting us.””  This is what john said to one of the men that wrote the blog and captured Henri.  This tells what happened that faithful day they came to Earth.  This also gives us a better clue of what john is going through.

Connect:  This connects with all those love stories were the man saves the girl.  Like in Cinderella, or snow white or even sleeping beauty.  It might sound corny but this book is just like a fairy tale.  He runs after her and gives the bad guy (or in fairy tales the evil queen,) so like a gallant knight in shining armor he goes after his love full force as fast as fast as a car.  When he saves her she is over whelmed wt he power and strength and they live happily after.  Excluding the fact that he is being chased by the mogadorians.

Summary-          So this book starts with John leaving Sarah. :(  So 4, 6, and Sam head off to doge the police because they think that 4,6, and Sam are terrorist...  So when they are driving they got pulled over by the cops and well they were wanted for big money so the cops chased them and tried to get them but of course they have powers so they will win.  So as they out run the police then they find a house and at this house they train and become stronger.  As this is going on John starts to fall in love <3.  So as this book works it goes 2 chapters about John and 6 and 2 chapters about #7.  #7 lives in a orphanage that is attached to a church so her “mom” is now a nun.    So as she spends her days going to school and praying and going to her drawing cave she finds her powers. They are telekinesis, bringing plants back to life, seeing in the dark, and breathing under water.  As her life goes on she meets Ella and from there she becomes a big sister to Ella.

Quote-          "As they torpedo down, the helicopter farthest from me jerks upward.  Six is trying to stop it.  I don’t think she will be able to, and I know that I can’t.  It’s too heavy.  I close my eyes. Remember the basement in Athens, the way you captured everything inside that room to stop a speeding bullet.  And that’s what I do, feeling everything inside the cockpit’s interior.  The controls. The weapons.  The chairs.  The three men sitting in them.  I grab a hold of the men, as the trees begin to snap under the weight of the falling copter, I yank all three out.  The copter crashes to the ground." This quote describes the battle between 4,6,and Sam’s battle against the police.  Even though they wanted to kill them they still saved the men in the copters life.  So if it wasn't for them all six men would have died.


Connect to the text-          So the next book, it is like the first in the way that it is very abstract.  But this book will be harder since it skips from the trio (4, 6,and Sam) to # 7, it is extremely hard to connect.  So we will start with the trio.  They connect to fugitive movies the bourn and Salt (never seen Salt just going by what I have heard.)  They are running away trying to defeat the bad guys.  Then there is # 7 her story relates to tangled.  Not in the since of love and wanted to see the lanterns, It is more of a quest to leave the convent and find john.

1. Summarize

So this section that I read was about 50 pages and it really focused on John building up his powers and his relationship with Sarah.  So when winter break came around John spent most of his time building up his telekinesis and fire proof.  He is now able to be submerged in fire and not feel anything.  Sam likes Sarah’s best friend Emily so John and Sarah try to hook them up witch works like a charm. So John and Sarah love each other but Henri said that the connection between human and Lorain is not as strong as Lorain and Lorain.  So all four of them go to marks house for a party, as Sam and Emily are making out a huge fire brook out down in the basement.  The fire was so big that there was no way they could save the house.

2. quote

““because deep down we’re different from them.  And we love differently.  One of the gifts our planet gave us is to love completely.    Without jealousy or insecurity or fear.  Without pettiness.  Without anger.  You may have strong feelings for Sarah but they aren’t what you would feel for a Loric girl.””  Said by Henrie page 274.  So this quote talks about Johns love for Sarah.  Another thing Henrie said is that one of the other kids that came to earth was a little girl from johns parents friend that their parents always daydreamed of those two to falling in love and getting married. But John still is in love with Sarah

3. connection with the text

So as I have always said for the last 6 blog posts it is hard to connect this text to others.  So I will connect each segment to a plot in movies or books or a actual movie or book.  So here it goes.   So this part talks about john’s never ending love for Sarah therefore that connects to the love plot in oh every movie I have ever seen.  So then when Henri tells john that he may love her but that love is not as strong as if he loved a Lorain girl.So there is that forbidden love we see in Romeo and Juliet and if you haven’t read that tangled because I think everyone in the whole solar system has seen that movie and cried.

      pages- 309- 440 END

1. Summarize

So At the party a huge fire breaks out and no one knows where Sarah was. So john went in and saved her.  Then the paper finds out and puts a thing on their website letting the mogidorians now find john.  So a huge war is waged.  And on the battle field is John number 4, Sarah, Mark, Sam, and Henrie.  Then there is a surprise appearance of number 6.  Because number 6 came the spell is broken so now anyone can be killed.  So while war is going on the mogidorians are totally winning.  So that is when John discovers that he can talk to animals and with that he convinces one of the mogidorians animals to help them.  They defeat but with the win Henri gets killed. That means that John # 6 and Sam must go.

2.  Quote

“We are both grabbed from behind and pulled to the ground.  I try to scream but a hand covers my mouth.  Fear rushes through me.  I can feel Sarah struggling beneath the grip and I do the same thing but the grip is too strong. I never anticipated this, the Mogidorians being stronger than i am.  I've failed.  I have failed Sarah and Henri and I’m sorry.  Henri, I hope you put up a better fight than I did.”  This actually describes the meeting between number 6 and number 4.  When she pulled them to the ground she was protecting them because the Mogadorians are right outside the door.

  

3. Connection to the text

So again I am just looking at this section and so it reminds me of every super hero movie I have ever seen.  The good vs that bad, evil and protectors, and so 4 and 6 are trying to save the earth from being destroyed and killed by the mogidorians.    So by the means of all old and new supper heroes good will prevail by no means.  It is like supper man.  4 can’t do it without 6. They fight even if it means death and risking their life’s for others. So as my last blog post I shall say this book is amazing so read it!

my scarry story

                            1 what inspired me

My house is placed in the beginning part of our 80 Acers so on each side of our house is the woods.  I have always been afraid of the woods at night so I thought to myself what a better idea for a horror story.  So I channeled all of my biggest fears of happenings and wrote them down.  With that LONG list I was able to construct my story.

                            2 the easiest part to write

For me the easiest part to write was the middle, because it was the most action filled part and I allread knew each and every word I was going to write.  Other than that the whole essay was pretty easy to write.

                            3 the most difficult part to write

Well for this one I must say the ending because it is supper sad and well it was had to decide what and how to make it end.  The hardest part was problem when Jake was dying because I tried to remember the feeling I had when my grandpa died; then I tried to connect that to what she must have been feeling when Jake died.

                            4 am I satisfied with my story

Well on a scale of 1 to 10 I would say 10.  I picked 10 because I am really with how my story turned out.  I love the suspense.

                            5 what age group should read this

Well to be honest 15- 101 young kids shouldn’t read this.  I say this because to me it is supper freaky.

                            6 finish the sentence

On my next writing project, I attention to grammar and spelling when I writing my story and not all when I am done

    1. Summarize

                     This part of my book talks about what Lorain looks like. It also talks about how the mogidorians took over Lorain and how the nine form Lorain are the only ones keeping the earth alive. Then john learns more about his heat and fire proof power. After this a dog comes to john’s door and john begs henrie to keep this dog.  With all of this john learns about his vast powers and what all happened to Lorain when it fell.  Johns was laying on the table seeing how far up his arms are fire proof.  During all of this john sees Mogador attacking Lorain and sees his plain leave the solar system.

2. Quote

                     ““we got careless, John. That is how we were defeated so easily,” I know that the voice I’m hearing is henries. But he is nowhere to be seen, and I can’t take my eyes off the killing and destruction below me to look for him.” This talks about the taking over that the mogidorians did to Lorain.  Also it talks about the strategies that the mogidorians used against the Lorain’s.  When the mogidorians attached all of Lorain was celebrating a national holiday and they dropped from the sky and caught everyone off guard and that is why they were defeated so easily.

3. Connect to the text

                     So as I have said in my last two dairies this text is very specialized and the only connection I have is it to the movie. But in the book it is very different to the movie. So when it talks about john’s heat and fire proof that doesn’t happen in the book. It is amazing that books can be so different from the movie. With this movie and book it is hard to connect because of its very different train of thought and continuous idea and description.  To this does connect to any love story because it talks about how John is in love with this girl Sara.

1 summary of what I read

The Beginning of what I read shows them driving to Ohio. They are fleeing from The mogidorians who are killing them in order.  His name is John Smith But he has had many other names in his life.  He is from Lorain. His life has always been running away from them.  He has Been here since he was 9.  Lorain and Magidoria and 2 of the13 life sustaining planets. When Henry and John get to Paradise falls Ohio.  Our Relater told me to meet her daughter at school whose name was Sara.  Meet her and When He got to school he meet her and feel in love with her.  He then runs into her ex boyfriend Mark.  In Class on the first day of school john gets his first Legacy.  Legacies are powers that chosen Lorain’s get.  His hands light up and get supper hot so he waits till class is done and runs into the dark room where he sits in agony.  Henry gets him grabs his backpack and takes him home. Mark took Johns phone so on the next day of school John goes up to Mark and tells him to give it to him or he will fight Mark.  John becomes friends with a nerdy kid named Sam.  At lunch mark and his friends through meatballs at John and Sam.    Then john kicks one of his friends in the man area.   Then Sara gives John his phone back.  When john gets home Henry lets him open up the box that came with them from loran.  In the box is a rock.  When johns hands light up that means that he will be heat and fire proof.

2 Important Quote from the text

“I sit on the floor ,sweat stinging my eyes. Both hands are in terrible pain.  I knew to expect my Legacies, but I had no idea it would include this. I open my hands and my right hand is shining brightly, the light beginning to concentrate. My left is dimly flickering, the burning sensation almost unbearable. I wish Henry as here.  I hope he’s on his way.” This shows that when he got his legacies it hurt and how with this we see that Henri is very important to john.  Then it shows that this is his first Legacies of many.

3 Connection to the text

I thought that this part of the text shows that when you are a new kid can be super hard.  I can connect this to any alien movies and again the movie to this book.  This text is very hard to connect because it is like nothing I have ever read before.  I am not a big si-fi reader and si-fi movie watcher.  But  I can connect this to many movies I have watched because it shows that life is hard and that many people have secrets.

Waking up to Taylor

One Day the Night was stormy night the thunder shook the ground.  I was sleeping there in my bed wishing that I wasn’t who I am.  The thunder stopped and I was asleep.  That morning I woke up and my room was different.  It has silk curtains , a huge round bed,  a counter full of Grammies. Wait What Grammies!  I have never won a gremmie. A ran to the mirror that took up the wall to my left and looked.  I was no longer Makayla. I was Taylor Swift. I laid down and took a nap hoping this was just a dream.  I was awaken by a knocking saying that I had a busy day meeting people and a concert tonight.  I tried to do my best Taylor swift imprison but found out that I still talked like her.  I yelled to the voice that I was sick and could not do that today but in response the opened my door and told me that this was my job and even if I was feeling sick I was still going to meet all of these people.  So I slugged out of the bed and walked into the bathroom. The bathroom was the size of my room back home.  The shower was in the middle the showerhead trickled down water like a summer’s rain.  I tried not to freak out as I brushed “my” hair and put on makeup.  I went into “my” room and picked out a outfit from my huge closet.  Just when I thought my life was complete I went down stairs for breakfast. Food lined the table and I ate as much as I could.  When I was done I was greeted by the limo that was taking to the concert hall to rehearse.  When I looked outside I found out that this wasn’t her house this was her hotel room because we were in Paris.  My heart skipped a beat and I went off to the concert. When I was done I went to bed hoping for my life back. Although being Taylor is amazing I love my life and wouldn’t want it another way.

My hunted house

The walls shake shiver with fear. people cry and scream for help from inside the enclosed death bead. little children cry at just the thought of ghosts and goblins. Wait this is way too freaky. I hate this freaky cry at the spot idea I absolutely hate haunted houses. See this is what I mean I don’t mind Halloween seriously I love it but I don’t like to be scared on my own account. So since I am writing about what my hunted would look, smell, and be like here you go . You enter a hall with family pictures lined up music does the du du we know so well. Then a little girl pops out of the dark side hallway and gives everyone a lollipop. you go to the next corridor the walls close in you think you are going to die than it stops and it is a nice hall way with 5 doors that all lead to the same thing. Then you hop on a train that takes you into a tunnel that is freaky and smells like cheese.  Then the train turns into a boat and you go on a fun water ride that gets your blood moving in the good way.  The lights flicker on and off u are moving fast then you stop suddenly and walk off into the gift shop! Where we sell not so hunted house cookies and stuffed animals.  So I know this sounds stupid but I think it is a good twist. I  hate hunted houses so I decide to do a twist on this classic tale.  See I love to dress up but I hate the scare part of the holiday. I guess you could call me a coward when it comes to this holiday. Well I will talk to you all soon!! Bye all!!

I got this Book on wednesday so i wasn't able to read much

For the next cupple of blogs i will be telling all of you about my book and what is going on :)

Summary of what I read

This book is about 9 kids that where born on a diferent planet and when the Mogidorians took over their planet the came to earth.  the Mogidorians want to kill all of these kids but he can only kill them in order.  In the begining of the story it tells about how number 3 died in the hands of the mogidorians. In the next chapter it tells the story of number 4.  When one of the kids die the others get a scar and then they know when they are next to die.  Number 4 has always been on the move and he knows that he is next.

Important quote from the text

" I dove off the side of the boat and started swimming, underwater the entire time, except for one breath about halfway there, as fast as i could untill I reached the shore.  I ran along the side of the highway, just inside of the tree line,  moving at speeds as fast as any of the cars.  When i got home, Henri was at the bankof scanners and monitors the he used to research news around the world, and police activity in our area.  He knew without me saying a word, though he did lift my soaking pants to see the scars"  This quote shows the life he lives always knowing this day would come.  and he knew that he wasnt a normal boy

Connections to the text

 I felt that this section of the book was not very conectibal for me but it may be conectibal for people that have moved alot. But it is hard to cenect to this section but i can conect it to the move if that counts but i have a feeling that it dosent.  This section is all about him and how he is next to die.  So it is supper hard to relate to.

The First Hug :D

Once upon a time in a very rich town lived two family’s the Snoot family and the Flout family.  These families had always hated each other for centuries when they heard that one of the families was pregnant with a child the opposite family had a child.  They raised their children to hate the other family.  The Snoot family had 3 children fad matt and their newest Sasha.  The Flout family also had 3 children Millie Tillie and their newest Brad.  Brad and Sasha where in kindergarten together and disputed about everything.  Then one day something changed…. It started out as any normal day in Mrs. Pattottys kindergarten class.

Sasha walked into class with a hot pink dress  that puffed out and a tiara that glimmered with real rubies and diamonds, after her Brad walked in with a suite coat and tie he always had his butler Roderick  pace after him. “Now kids lets all grab a ruler so we can make straight lines” Mrs. Pattottys in a plump voice.  “Give me that green ruler Brad that is my favorite color” screamed Sasha as brad tried to grab the ruler away.  “Green is my favorite color too!!” cried brad, yet again Mrs.Pattotty had to split the kids apart with a sad glare on her face. The two kids walked away Sasha’s posse of snotty girls rearranged her tiara and patted and plumped up her dress, Brad has his butler wipe lint off his shoulders and straighten his tie. They glared and each other with hateful eyes.  Then after snack time it was the moment they got to waltz.  Sasha and brad where the best in the class and then Mrs.Pattotty announced the partners brad and Sasha where pared together! They looked at each other with mad eyes. As they were dancing Sasha kept screaming at brad saying”you clumsy fool you keep stepping on my tows” and brad kept hollering “I am suppose to lead not you gosh!”  Then Sasha started to slip and fell into brads arms she stood up stared at him and walked away.  Then later that day she came up to him and said that she liked him and he said he liked her and decided to call their falling out a hug.  And that is how the first hug happened.

September 11th

The twin towers stood towering over citizens wile people inside stumble and rush to get things done.  Meanwhile airplanes hurdles through the sky towards the twin towers and the pentagon.  As one plain hurdles towards the towers it crashes and leave people startled.  Everyone in the buildings normal routine got very scary and surreal.  As they tried to leave the building they are halted by everyone running down the stairs in panic mode.  This was not a drill terrorist where bumming us! For people walking the streets things got surreal. You couldn’t see in front of you all you saw was the freighting image of the flames and smoke.  Then there was everyone at home, work, and school who saw the images and saw the frightened people who thought there was nothing they could do to survive so they jumped.  Everyone watched in horror imaging what these people where going through and knowing this was a dark moment for the USA.

The suprise in the box

The Box kept rumbling and moving all over the place. Kids in the back started hiding and softly crying. This science class is way too crazy to be ok. Our teacher mrs.runs waddles in with her poodle hair, floopy glasses that are like 20 years old, and the cherry on top is her dress covered with cats that is 10 sizes too big. She starts blabbing on and on about random things as kids look at each other with confused looks and mouthing what. Then she gets to show us what is in the boxes. One is big and one is smaller and looks completely wet... she tries to tell us that we must be quiet but no one even cares and keeps talking so she just gives up. She stars by saying "well class it is time for us to study animals so in this box I have 20 frogs one for each of you. You are all responsible for your frog you must feed them play with them and study them. If your frog dies you will get a F. The frogs are due Friday" everyone starts to freak out; girls start to cringe when they see the huge bullfrogs she pulls out of the box. I just sit there dreading being in this class when she gets to me she hands me a slimy frog with big wobbly eyes that look confused. for some reason I kind of like him.... out loud I say "I will name u....slimeyyy" all the girls look at me like I am weird and I just look away. After everyone gets a frog she hands us cages and fly food. I brought my frog home and feed him and just looked at him wondering what I would do for my paper then I had an idea!!! I will write a "book" called the life of slimeyyy the frog. I finished my book and when Friday came around I found myself not wanting to give up slimeyyy but when I went to class and asked if I could keep him she said in a high pitch voice that he needed to go back to the swamp. I sadly patted him on the head and said by by.   I am now heartbroken as I slug to my next class English. What! Another box filled with weird chirping things. Ok maybe mrs.runs isn’t crazy.... it’s my school!
